Akkerman and Carmine Appice, who both play on Tabernakel, reunited in 2021 on a re-recording of the Pink Floyd track Sheep. Also on this track are legends Arthur Brown and Rick Wakeman and David J. of Bauhaus. The track is on a re-imagining of the album Animals.
